PEPSI RATIFIES NEW 4 YEAR AGREEMENT!!

 By a 10-1 margin the 140+ PEPSI Members at the Aurora, Illinois facility OVERWHELMINGLY ratified a new progressive contract! "It was a difficult process but the Membership held strong with the Union and came out on top.", said Timothy L. Custer, Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer.

 The new agreement is the largest ever presented to the Membership.

 Included was maintaining Teamster Health care for all current employees and new Service Advantage language which will include an additional $1.00 for all hours worked. Included were other wage increases in commision and base pay. There was also an increase in Personal/Sick days.

 There will be a lower limit on the amount of Part-Time employees the Company can hire.

 Stronger Grievance procedures.

 More quality family time in the form of paid time off with increases for Holidays, bereavement, birthday and sick pay each year.

 President Brett Bartosik and Buisness Agent Ben Assell, along with the help of our PEPSI Stewards, spent endless hours in late night negotiations working on a deal for our Members.
